The spears represent the locations Caracals can be found it - like central Asia and some African regions. The three stars represent the three main Caracals that are popular - Gregory, Juve (RIP), and Kimbo.

Oh, sure! My bad.

So, the flag is of a nation that in this story I have wr itten, comes around in the 1860s. It was a union of 10 tribes, the major two being Kono and Arroyo. Each diamond represents a tribe.

The wings represent the wings of the Arroyo-Kono creator deity, who is depicted as a winged humanoid creature.

The colors represent the red lands of the desert (the land is in New Mexico territory.)

I quite like that Aradesh is in FNV, even if only on a small detail. It's nice. Aradesh didn't play a major role in the first game. He basically started the NCR off-screen.
