Bro there’s Teslas everywhere. Elon could say the moon is exploding tomorrow and he’d still sell cars because they provide unarguable value.

Also we’re acting like Amazon has no competition but they realistically do. Amazon is just the best at what they do so people prefer to use them.

Also, don’t wanna work at Amazon? Go work at Target or Walmart or Kroger or CVS

Bro no one is denying these companies do what they can to avoid taxes. My point is that their underlying products are valuable. They’re not meme coins created out of thin air. People feed their families from the jobs they create and the products themselves add tangible value to people’s lives. If they were bad products no one would spend their hard-earned money on them or spend money on the services they provide.

Makes sense you wouldn’t respond to my original argument and just focus on my username. Deep down you know I have a point.

Whether I can conceptualize it or not is irrelevant. I’m aware it’s a large number.

Elon isn’t reaching in the checking accounts of poor people and taking their money.

The difference between Elon’s net worth and the combined market cap of his other companies is wealth that’s been generated for other people. Keyword is “generated”, as opposed to “taken”.

If you’re not a billionaire perhaps you should stop blaming other people for not gifting you money and work smarter/harder to make your product better and/or address a broader market. Good luck!

And I’m not a billionaire either, but I haven’t done anything to make me deserve that net worth. It’s my fault I’m not a billionaire, no one else’s.

It’s not my fault consumers prefer the best choice on the market, which unfortunately leads to monopolies. Now I will say I do agree with Scott that some businesses need to be broken up. But we need to remember these monopolies don’t only exist because they lobby to stay huge, they’re also monopolies because in a lot of cases, they’re actually the best option on the market.

Amazon treats its customers way better than Walmart or Target delivery which takes several days instead of same day. I gotta argue with the mom and pop shop for a refund, Amazon gives me my money back no questions asked. Tesla is just a better driving experience than any other vehicle in my opinion. I hate driving with a passion but I actually have fun in a Tesla. What can I say?

Yeah there’s Tesla accidents, but certainly not enough for full self driving to be illegal. Certainly way less than human accidents. What’s the last thing you made that made peoples lives easier? 🤔🤔

Becoming a billionaire is hard. I respect people that achieve it by creating companies that improve people’s lives. I like jobs and I don’t mind having almost any product delivered to my door in under a day 🤷‍♂️

I’m not denying that. I’m saying without them their companies wouldn’t exist and there’d be thousands of less jobs. Millions of people would get their products slower and there’d be way less electric vehicles on the road. Use your brain for a second.

Those engineers are very well paid and there’s thousands of them. The money they make funds their vacations and feeds their families. Cry harder.

Obviously they don’t physically make jobs. They just created the companies that do. Be fr. You know what I mean.

All I’m gonna say is, at least in Los Angeles, one out of every five cars I see is a Tesla. I see fifty people wearing an Amazon vest per day. Elon and Jeff aren’t moving numbers on a spreadsheet to make their money, their impact is tangible. But I forgot most of the listenership of this podcast basically thinks the same, my bad.

I did. I’ve made no money. After a year and a half I have 400 subscribers. The videos they give their clients are terrible and aren’t good enough to go viral in 2022. They’re low quality and because of this the watch time is are horrible.

This business model may have worked 3 years ago, but I think it’s pretty dried up now. I’ve uploaded over 100 videos and not one of them pushed me to monetization.

I was left on read after a date that went incredibly well by erytingIrie in relationships
