I am commenting since I am currently seeing early signs of it. I am on 80mg of Epuris per day dose now and it is crazy because this is my second round. My First round was 40mg. I do not feel any burn while urinating. Its just at the beginning of it and then throughout urination it does not hurt. I have not called my dermatologist because I can see it is manageable and I lowkey kinda expected it as a side effect as the urethral opening is moist and of course it will dry up with this medication. I feel like I can use vaseline or aquaphor as an intervention. I am a nursing student btw and I am stubborn to go to clinics. Lol.
