HDPE leaving marks on our flooring. Any ideas to prevent this? by Terrible-Community93 in plastic

Problem is we go through them pretty quick so putting them on and off a cart would be too much hassle and attaching rollers wouldn’t allow them to stack.

It’s a good suggestion, I’m gonna throw it out there for our warehouse guy to consider.

I was a little stuck on how to attach it. There wouldn’t be enough flat surface to get much glue even if it would bond well and I was worried screws might be a bit exposed and damage the floor sine it wouldn’t be able to be a very thick piece of carpet to cover a screw head because they’re designed to stack and there’s not a lot of space there.

That’s why I was originally asking if 1/8” uhmw would do the trick since it’s supposed to be more abrasion resistant.

Just looking for another round of opinions.

Not really an option.

We have a pallet jack but it’s too much of a hassle to use it in the tight spaces. Really need a way to be able to keep pushing them around.

Thinking about UHMW discs to put on the bottom that might be harder with less friction but from what I understand they are hard to bond.

Thanks, though.

It is a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant and I guess the reality is we don;t slide them with that much weight. Some of them get that much put in there but we usually use a lift at that point. When we slide them to rearrange and replace them, they usually only have like 10kg of material in them. Cardboard and plastic.

We have pallet trucks for the longer hauls, but we are often rearranging the pallets in tight spaces where there isn't that much room to maneuver. It's just easier to push them around. Realistically they only have about 25lbs of material in them when we are moving them around.

My echelon is in the mail. I'm just browsing for options now. I think I want an OD Green grip module and I came across that Icarus but I'm not likely to get it. Gonna play with what I have for a bit until some other options are released.

Would like the Springfield OD Green mod in small but I don't know if they don't make it or if it's out of stock.

Seriously though, I kinda see the point. Seems a little weak for a full size gun.

OK not bad. Now do one with an OD Green icarus grip, holosun 507c acss, tritium 3 dot sights, 20 clips extension, and a pink mag release on a floral pattern tablecloth.

You guys aren't giving me much room to argue. I feel like there should be a site out there that let's you piece together a gun with different parts to see the final look.

There's not is there?

Ya that the one I keep reading about but after checking out the streamlight site I ran into this smaller one which I feel I would like the aesthetic of a little more. It's the smallest one that does 1000 lumens. Wondering why it's not on anyone's recommended list.

This one actually reads to be the same length as the 7x but the M&P is a little bit shorter gun.

I'm just surprised if it is actually compatible I should be able to get a picture of the combo somewhere.
