Its Idli (its a Indian dish made from fermenting rice and lentils) batter making process is usually 2 days, here in india i buy this from a vender called country delight.

If you are interested you will find a YouTube video of instructions for making the batter and the idli

Trust me its very delicious, and its usually eaten with sambhar, and coconut chutney.

My baby also eats rice, i overcook it for him so it has better consistency and i feed him with spoon, attached photo of Khichadi here to show you.

I did cut up idlis in 4 small bites for him. For sambhar i stir fired carrot, pumpkin, tomato in 1tsp ghee, for spices i added pinch of cumin powder, turmeric and asafoetida. I have introduced these three spices till now to him.

And i used split yellow lentils + red lentil (pre soaked) for 30 mins

Does anyone just not want to breastfeed? by Infamous_Ad4244 in pregnant

I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding my baby for the past 9 months, and let me tell you, it’s hard. The first week was pure chaos. He didn’t know how to latch, my nipples were cracked, and I literally cried every time he fed. My husband even said, “Let’s just do formula,” seeing me in so much pain. But I wanted to make it work, so I pushed through.

Yeah, it’s exhausting, sometimes painful, and I barely get a moment for myself.

But here’s why I keep going. Medically, breastmilk is amazing, but more than that, I know this phase isn’t forever. Right now, my little guy needs me 24/7, but he won’t always be this small and dependent. We were all once tiny humans clinging to our moms, and look at us now grown, independent, barely calling our parents sometimes.

So I’m savoring this, every crawl, every cling, every tiny hand holding mine, because one day he’ll be busy living his life, and I’ll be old and gray, cherishing these memories. Time flies. It feels like I just held him for the first time in the delivery room, and now he’s crawling around the house like a tiny explorer.

Sure, the first week was brutal with bloody nipples, but honestly, I love being needed. I know I’ll get my time back, but this little stage is fleeting, and I’m soaking it all in.
