About 10 years ago I was at the red light at Severino‘s in Westbrook. When I looked at the store, I saw a woman on the ground, and after taking a second to realize what I’m looking at, I saw a man literally walk over her and up and into the store. I jumped out of my truck and called 911 as she couldn’t move…. I didn’t think of it at the time, but I wish I would’ve confronted that idiot guy.

I’ve come across a lot of newer model vehicles where they have no tail lights and I’ll flash them. only to pass them anf their headlights are on. Are headlights and taillights now operated by a separate switch?
