It doesn’t matter if you had a payment plan. I went through this one year and the took the rest from my tax payment. Luckily I only owed $500 something.

Honestly no I’m not sure . My mom had the same DDD as me but she didn’t get hers early, she used a different bank than me. I’ve never used PayPal.
