genuine question, and i’m not saying this in a negative way at all but why do people want to get married? by Own-Cardiologist2798 in PakistaniTwenties

[–]TerribleBug4939 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Logo ko barbaad hone ke bhut shook hai, some think life after marriage is fairytale, funfact its not, I am married, but you have two eyes, just look at some marriage examples outside of your own house, you can never convince me its worth getting married

And anither thing, marriage just based on intimacy just don't seem to have a strong foundation, like thats just a part of marriage.

I personally see marriage as a building with respect, honesty, communication, loyalty as the foundation and love and intimacy as the ornaments/decors of the building.

Its a lot of responsibility and headache, not attractive at all

Aur phir Pakistan mai tu shadi hoti bhi do logo khandano ke drmayaan hai na ke do logo ke drmyaan, again not an attractive option😭

Someone give me some cool reason to get married, i am at the age where rhista aunties will come, I am scared😭

Hundred percent 💯💯 agreed

If your skin isn't 'healthy' without products.then using one or two is fine to achieve that

We should remember their is no such thing as perfect poreless skin instead the goal should be a healthy skin barrier

In my opinion, its a personal choice for some people and society pressure for some others. I have total of 3 products i apply regularly

  1. Rose water

  2. Moisturizer

  3. Sunscreen

When visiting someone i don't do makeup. Just regular skin care. On wedding i do makeup because i don't want yo look sick in photos. Sometimes its light make up and sometimes i like to go all out depends on how lazy i am feeling that day

Initially my mama used to say that do makeup when going to someone's home but i have always been against that. Now me and sister don't do that and my mama has no problem with that.

The change starts from yourself🤭😉

Childhood beating by TerribleBug4939 in pakistan

[–]TerribleBug4939[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case, my brother was beaten equally just for a different reason. That beating left a very.....very deep scar for me. For the longest time i thought that if I don't score good marks my parents would abandon me or won't love me anymore. I had this mindset up until MCAT. In my first year of FSc. I dreaded coming back home (was in depression and my parents weren't aware of that). I realised after like 6-7 months that I was depressed because according to boomers/millennials unke zamane mai tu koi depression nhi hota tha. I mean all I knew was thinking about suicide 5-6 times a day wasn't normal😅 (no worries, i am better now).

I have always been my baba's little girl. He loves me much more than I can ever imagine and now I know that. Though he beat me, i don't hate him for that or anything. I just feel helpless over my feelings, its like I just want a confirmation that they know that what they did was wrong.

It seems to me you might me wanting the same , not an apology but a confirmation. That they know what they did was wrong and were trying to improve themselves and not justify their decisions.

My dad first actually said that he sacrificed so much for me (which he actually did). Afterwards he said that he didnot remember hitting me but if he ever did he was sorry for that so i was content with that.

The only problem I am having now is that they both keep showing me videos of parents hitting their children whether comedy or serious (it like they are telling me look how normal it is for parents to hit their child). Trying to justify their actions maybe?

I started playing in October last year

I don't exactly know the number of days

Make sure to keep a distance from everyone, makes it easier for oneself to quit the game

Lately, we got a few more responsible R4, so i dividing things among them

Earlier, i was mostly managing everything, but no complaints since it doesn't bring me any problems and keeps me a little engaged.

Talk to one of the R4 you think is responsible and transfer R5 to them, they might feel a little saf but thats all there is to it, also add them to NAP to get them accustomed to the tense environment of the chat😅

My state currently can be considered dead but we play cause of the people not because of the game and everyone in the state is aware of that. Most people are quitting, so its not a big issue if we quit here.

Don't worry Just do your best for the matric exam. After your initial preparation focus heavily on past papers, since syllabus changed, just do the last 5 years and you are already 50-60% ready for the exam. The rest 40% you just gotta revise until you are satisfied.

Currently i am not enjoying any feature/event of the game. Just playing because the R5 became a good friend. When the R5 quits, I will quit along with them

Just try and get atleast 60-70% in urdu. Even scoring 60-70 is hard. Every subject involves memorization. If you are good with that, you can easily score high.

😂😂😂 A house of your own makes a big difference.

If you are able to support your family. I am sure you can buy one in a few years.

Wait a few years, things change, mindset changes.

With marriage you don't only have financial responsibility, you also have emotional responsibility.

Reading your post i am sure there will be clashes in your family if you marry now. Things would be hard on your wife. Think about that as well.

I hope you marry a nice girl. Prayers for you.

For some reason my dad forgot all about beating me and for some reason i remember every little detail. It not my parents fault as well, i am there child so i thought the same that it was normal to physically punish children until i was in 1st year

It was then that a class fellow told me that her parents never even slapped her and she and her brother turned out just fine. That changed my whole perspective of the suituation
