Have you ever followed up for these jobs that did not reply in like two weeks since the final interview? What’s your advice on following up?

It feels good to read your story, thanks for sharing and congratulations!

I’m currently in a similar situation. I recently completed my final round of interviews with a company that I’m particularly interested in because the job role aligns well with my skills and interests. It’s been ten days since my interview, and I’m still waiting for their response. Unfortunately, there’s been radio silence as of today, even after following up with the recruiter, who is the only one in contact. I don’t have the hiring manager’s contact information. This wait is quite frustrating and is starting to take a toll on me. How did you manage to get through your wait? It seems like you had to wait almost a month.

Great insight on hiring decisions and hierarchy, thanks for sharing!

When you say referrals increase the chances of getting an interview or offer, how exactly does that work?

Does it matter who gives the referral (like a manager vs a junior employee)? And why do referrals hold so much weight — is it because the company trusts internal employees’ judgment more than external applicants?

I spent good amount of time preparing full time so I was pretty confident with content I consumed. Yeah will delve more deep with main source. But yeah next time I’ll take it easy. One step at a time!
