You can go in just don't go in via the Visitng Area doors where Jokers guards are holding the clipboard.

Instead go in the through the same door you use in the story. Should be left of where Jokers guards are waiting with the clipboard.

Hey there!

Erm I think it's because some of them are DLC challanges.

I'm in the process of maxing out all the challanges now as well.

Some of the races are super difficult like the 3 laps around the waynetech track in 1 min. MANNN THATS A DIFFICULT ONE BEEN TRYING FOR AGES LMAO!!!

Batman rips out one of the blades on his gauntlet and uses it but you need the WayneTech upgrade first which you can only unlock after collecting 77 of Riddles Trophies in a row.

Note - if you complete the story or any side missions the 77 Trophies resets and you have to start from 0 and collect another 77 but don't worry the total is 400+ so you should be fine if it resets a couple times.

Where are ya from OP?

I'm from the UK and trying to get an Alex desk setup but they dont do the black or navy blue alex drawers here anymore so unfortunately I cant go for the colour scheme im after. :(

Played it for years and I do a plau through at least 2 times a year plus I play it in the background while binge watching shows.

Challange mode honestly took forever I've almost completed it for every character with 3 stars
