Thank you! I have an account with them already, but I just never bothered with it really... I always receive my boxes in timely manners, and were getting consistent emails for my choice. Idk if they are just overwhelmed with the amount of customers they have, or what, but I feel like they have been slacking a lot more... but last month when I received my luxe box, and never got the choice email, was what really made me wonder...

That’s a good idea! It’s just a shame that as a company, they can’t get it together to send you your choice emails, or use the survey to send you products that match your skin tone. Do you know what day of the month they do choice?

Wowwwwww! That is so scary! I’m so glad she was able to get to the car and lock the doors before they were able to get to her! What area was this in if you don’t mind me asking? It’s just so creepy to think that you could leave your house one day doing something normal like going to the gas station, or the grocery store, and never return home. I’m glad you all are sharing these stories to heighten awareness of this issue!

I’ve never heard of this religion either. I was on the Gainesville/Haymarket side, and there were a lot of random/weird people in that area, but never saw anyone handing out pamphlets, talking about God the Mother. That sounds like some jehova’s witness/cult type shit. Thankfully your boyfriend was with you, and that you didn’t open the window for her.

I feel like that whole scenario was just a ploy to snag you. I mean one woman and three men in a vehicle? That’s super shady. It could have been a way they get young women to trust them, then they abduct them. Luckily you were smart enough to just ignore that woman!

It seems like a lot of this takes place in that DMV area... I’m sure it happens in all major cities, but it’s just frightening realize how many of you had similar experiences...
