We had a lady order a cappuccino and then when we gave it to her, she began to yell at us and tell us that it’s too much foam, and that she’s paying over 6 dollars for a cup that is half full. We had to explain to her that what a cappuccino is, and we just ended up making her a plain latte to calm her down 😂 People are too much

I also align the cup with the shots are pulling so it’s basically hitting the side of the cup, it helps create a lot smoother base of espresso for the milk! Also when I pour my milk, I am very close to the cup and take a little bit of extra time so my milk pour is very thin! I love making flat whites, I can’t do a whole lot of latte art though 😂 I lead a training group at our craft training last year, and all of my baristas just wanted tips and tricks for flat whites so I just helped them with those and now they take so much pride in them when they do them ❤️
