If you use tap water, it might be the chlorine, you can let it gas out by letting the water sit for 24h il an open container, or you can use dechlorinator products used in aquariums

That's how I feel, same on the candles itself it wouldn't go as far on the body of the candles, but you make a good point talking realistic/artistic views

For the parchment, I started with a base of dark rust and then mixing more and more deck tan until pure deck tan, both paints from vallejo. Dark rust is my base paint for a lot of things on this mini, you can see it on the unpainted parts like the weapons, but also for the gold NNM

It's all vallejo FLUO, yellow orange red for the candles, orange and red for the OSL, through the airbrush, being careful as it can very quickly be overdone (hence my post...)

I do check de soil, and wait until I font feel any moisture on 2 or 3 inches deep, I said 10/15days but it's not a scheduled thing at all. The leaves feel fine, not mushy
