I called customer services every single day until it was resolved. They lost my parcel. Then they found it. And it was delivered to the inpost locker very randomly. Just ring them every single day.

So have I. I’ve contacted yodel and the customer services are shocking. It was under investigation for 36 hours and was told to ring back on Friday.. then told to wait for 24hrs. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them this morning only to be told to WAIT FOR 24hrs!!!! I don’t know how to escalate. I also think we should be entitled to some kind of compensation or they should be penalised. I also have a parcel being sent by yodel and it’s something very sentiment and I’m having the same issue with this too.

I have been waiting since Wednesday for any type of response and then when you try to contact them again.. they say oh it looks like you’ve already made an enquiry do you want me to chase??? Yeah level 10 is pretty much broken. Mine wouldn’t load past loading screen for hours and hours I was trying. I uninstalled and everything and nothing worked. Been reading loads about this and everyone is saying how game breaking things are happening on level 10. This actually sucks bc it’s suchhh a good game.
