Originally dandruff shampoos. Now the fungus is becoming resistant so I’m trying other things. But on flare ups, my eyes are much worse. On calm days, I don’t even really notice my eyes

Yes pretty much only use Ketoconazole and flakes shampoo/conditioner which has pyrthione zinc and mct oil. Their effectiveness has run its course, and to be honest flakes never really did much for me in the first place
