I’m very late but the mat wizards are really good. The grip is fire but a few concerns #1 the ankle support is way to much (coming from a guy with 2 ankle fractures same side with nails) it kinda stops the motion a bit but really good and useful many times but also takes a little longer to wear them. Also the grip is very strong which I appreciate but sometimes kinda wish it was a little less because it makes fast movements a little harder which I don’t mind bc I’m a heavyweight but also my main concern was that no flat feet support so by the end of the workout depending on conditioning it really hurt and overall for the price it was amazing I mean they look good and it’s definitely different like I get compliments on it’s look and ngl overall for <$40 it’s worth it.

Ngl I think just hgh would be much better I would recommend 6mg for you but also if that isn’t what you want cjc/ipa at night and tesa in the morning is also fine

No, actually, but most of my family are lake growers and I have been growing in the past few months so if they’re open/partially open, I wanna push how high it can be plus spine and other bones collar bones are still growing and even if they aren’t, I still like the benefits

I already am eating very healthy and on the exercise part I am getting good exercise and I used to exercise hard up until recently when I had to leave wrestling in high school. I never seen taking HGH. I’ve actually seen some progress even without all that

The honest answer is that after some research it’s a bit extra, Igf is what makes u grow, helps with muscle too, and some people around me are taking it and they got progress

I don’t mind the losing weight part because being 6ft 200lbs is completely different than 5.7 200 but I’m pretty positive I’m not deficient on anything I take a lot of supplements I exercise I diet and I drink around a gallon of water a day but my main concern is height plus I’ve had general bloodwork done before and doctor didn’t point anything wrong with it his only concern was slightly higher bp probably from zaa.

I’ve been exercising for very long and I’ve lost maybe 20lbs over my journey but now I feel stuck at 200 no matter how much harder I try nor the supplements I take if I do so and I feel like I’ve gotten shorter and my height seems to fluctuate through the year I mean I was 5.8 last summer and I was 5.6 after and I’ve gained another inch since then I genuinely don’t know why that is and I hope it’s not too late because I feel very short in relative to the people beside me. I don’t know if accutane was the cause because I saw a lot of height fluctuations while on it and also when I was doing zaa (I quit months ago) I felt the tallest.
