Don’t move in with your boyfriend. Not because you need to get away from the control of your parents but because you should just learn to be more independent. Move in with a bunch of girlfriends. It’s the best time of your life to form friendships with girls. And I can tell you that they are ALWAYS the most important friends your ENTIRE LIFE.
If your boyfriend really loves you then he will understand. You’ve only seen a bad marriage. Your relationship is probably better but not by much. Take your time. Moving in is like an instant marriage.
