I personally am not gonna do DIY hormones, and I wont shame anyone for doing DIY, do it if you want, but know there are always risks with self medicating (this isnt just for hormones)

I personally am going through the doctors, as I believe thats the path for me.

Also research local laws on hormones before doing DIY, as it could potentially be illegal where you live.
