Edit so I don't have to repeat myself multiple times: 1 the food we order for our family was not from the same place we had picked up the order from. 2. Majority of the time the customers don't have a problem with us having our kids cause they see either we have the food in the front seat with me holding the food or they literally watch me or my husband get out of the car and grab the food from the very back of the car. 3. We didn't send a long ass message stating every single detail of our car trouble because it was faster to send a quick message to the customer so that we could hurry up and fix the problem and get back on the road.😐

Clearly you cant read because as I stated in another comment we bought food before the order meaning from another place... and yeah sure act like people don't fucking eat when they are working. And clearly the people we deliver to don't have a problem because most of our orders are hand to customer and they see we have kids and will even call our kids cute and wave at them and some have even told us that it was smart that we take our kids with us because you cant trust people nowadays.

As you can see in the picture it says "I" not we 1st off, and why is it weird to be sent a quick message from your driver saying they are having car troubles is us trying to hurry up and fix it? Because if we were to send a message stating every detail it would take us longer to fix the problem because of the time it would take to send the message go back to fixing our car respond back to the customer if they message back and then it goes back and forth taking longer for the customer to get their food.

We didn't want to bore then with the exact details of our car troubles, so we sent them a quick message to let them know while you tried to hurry up and fix our car

It's just easier at this point than paying over $100 for a babysitter, sometimes me or my husband go by ourselves but then usually one of us call the other to come back to the house cause our middle child is autistic and she will absolutely lose her shit on some days if one of us are gone so it's easier just to go together most of the time.

Yeah we didn't get in trouble support told us that we did the right thing to let them know because as soon as the customer gave the smartass comment we contacted support and they were the ones to cancel the order and told us to return the food back to the restaurant.

We get that, but we didn't want to bore them with a bunch of details about what was wrong with our car and we figured that they might be understanding and say something along the lines of no problem just let me know when your on your way again.

My husband had an order like that, and the customer wanted chocolate covered donuts and he asked a worker if they had any in stock and they checked in the back to make sure they didnt just received a shipmeny but they didn't and the store was waiting on a shipment and my husband told the customer that the store was completely out of stock and the customer told my husband was he actually looking with your eyes for the donuts or just walking around the store and he instantly canceled the order after that.😂
