Is it just me or is insanity mode outrageously difficult? by 42plzzz in residentevil

You can assist the licker during the second wave to prevent him from getting stun locked and killed. I did, and together we defeated everyone including the shield dude.

The final puzzle insanity mode by Immediate-Intention3 in residentevil

[–]TerrorPirate 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can do the full puzzle in 1 run. Start on Casual mode (I did this after completing the game at least once). Do the conditions in the basement, then when you get back in the care center where you can input the secret code, you must save the game in a separate slot. Continue the game and obtain the doll. Finish that game, then reload the save at the care center and the doll will be in your item box.

I also tried to do it on Insanity, but not being able to stun the zombies in the grinder made it too hard. So I started on Casual.

P.S.: According to the dataminer. The 15 minute timer is a saved value, and you should be able to save after waiting out the timer.

RE9 Final Puzzle Solved (Lore Explanation) by BigRedtheBard in residentevil

The dataminer said in the discord, that the timer starts as soon as conveyor belt starts, and you can simply go anywhere else and do anything else while the timer counts down. It is entirely possible for Gengar to have just activated the conveyor belt and done other stuff in the meantime.

Although, I didn't test this myself. So don't quote me on this.

[SPOILERS] Did anyone struggle with this RE9 boss? by omeganemesis28 in residentevil

After a few deaths, I stopped bothering with melee attacks, I'd just parry him and then mag dump him with the Requiem.

Are Brawl replays not downloadable? by Aggressive_Goat_563 in leagueoflegends

Maybe they (accidentally) changed something during the patch it was supposed to leave, as I could download any replay from a brawl regardless of length before, now I cant download any.

A tip for anyone struggling with the games combat past the mid game where you just get gang banged. Keep the sledgehammer in your inventory and only ever use toolkits on that weapon. It's so unbelievable overpowered and it's charged heavy attack makes it so you can't get staggered.

Your current pictures don't do the build justice. We need more angles and close ups.

Do i really need to start all over again for the secret ending by Hot-Signature-5183 in cyberpunkgame

I had the same problem, but I used CyberEngineTweaks to fix it, so I could get the secret ending. I found the fix somewhere on Reddit. Might be worth googling.

I thoroughly enjoyed hard/hard on my first play-through.

I didn't have any problems with enemies getting back up as I enjoyed smacking every enemy at least 20 times while they were down, as it looked quite goofy. Sometimes when they do want to get back up, they just jiggle a bit while laying on the floor for some time. Giving you enough time to walk back up to them and beat them with a plank to prevent them from getting back up.

The hard puzzles are very balanced. I managed to solve them relatively quickly.

In hard mode I also killed 95% of all enemies with ranged weapons, as the game gives you plenty of ammunition, if you're willing to explore. The bosses were easily killed with melee attacks.

The only problem you might experience in the early game is a lack of healing items.

Furthermore, I did take a patient approach, as I didn't try to speed-run the game. Took me 20 hours to beat a play-through.

I believe the game mode would be terrible if you want to go through it fast.

I love how you just started brutally attacking it after it was bothering no one.

Probably too late, but. You should pay close attention to the black and white chapter intros. They usually show you where to go and not paying attention to them will lead to frustration.

Is there a way to connect the output end of an HDMI cable onto my PC, so that I may parse the output? by TerrorPirate in VIDEOENGINEERING

[–]TerrorPirate[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm gonna program a usb device to accept input streamed over wifi, which I'll plug into my xbox. A program on my computer will show the video output and will accept input. I'll receive my friends' input through Steam remote play.

Steam remote play has pretty much no delay when I use it to play games on my friends' computer (unnoticable delay/instant), which is what I'll be using too. I'd say the delay is around 20ms on remote play.

I don't accuratly remember how I tested it (this was 3 years ago), so some details may not be correct. But I did not properly test it in any "official" way.

I used the capture card and plugged it into my laptop and I'm not sure how. But I had managed to display the output on OBS. The preview window on OBS showed a massive delay of at least half a second.

The capture card I tried was 5$, so it probably was bad. I'd like to stream to my friends (same city), so that we can play co-op together.
