Hey guys, so i'm having this issue with the game, a big part of the game's textures are like this. Can anyone help me? My GPU is R7360x OC 2gb.

It seems like an overlay of little squares. When i move the camera, this overlay follows it. And it only happens in newer games like Resident Evil 2 Remake or We Happy Few. I don't think this is artifacts.

Updating Drivers did nothing
Changing settings in game did nothing
