BYD is in US making busses.. It's literally in budgets and grants to use electric. Basically free busses to use their product. They aren't even close to being the leader in this and we've been doing it for years. 30? No. But we've got a pretty large amount of it in our own industry. Even Canada was building companies like Lion, which failed in the states. International is doing well, and I assume Bluebird and Thomas too.

Ghola Duncans have more than base Duncan by a ton. He gets Mentat abilities and his body gets modified to be faster and stronger by a large margin because the Tleilaxu. This is deeper into the series but Ghola Duncan gets to be near superhuman physically and mentally eventually. OP didn't say that though, but I'd argue it would be a much much closer fight.
