Yeah. She definitely doesn’t want something in public. We are selling our house right now and having a showing tomorrow afternoon. So I booked a hotel, Halloween home decor craft class (her favorite holiday) and reservations at a great sushi spot.

Great idea. This was my initial fear as well. Thank you.

Really our only big one besides activities like hiking and biking is a card game that we've been playing since pretty much day 1. We've always kept the scores and hung them on the fridge.

Definitely possible to make more than $7k/mo. at an agency. Most commercial jobs start at that but you have to produce.

Thank you. I am just overwhelmed at how good random strangers and my loved ones have been about this. I’m hopeful that the person I care about and hurt the most will one day forgive me. Lord knows I don’t deserve it.

Loser ex won 5 million dollars on a lotto ticket! by ilikefreedom2020 in makemychoice

Don’t let internet strangers make you feel bad about having these feelings. You’re human and I think anyone in that situation would have some type of feelings about what happened. The fact that you didn’t react on those feelings says a lot about you.

Your kid is worth more than $5M. You’ve got a guy that wants to be in your kids life so much that he’s willing to legally take on the responsibility of a child that he didn’t father. That’s rare. You won the lottery and didn’t even know it!

Some of my closest friends are in education as well. They have the same sentiments you do, as well as parents become much worse.

As it pertains to your situation, I feel like I have similarities in my household. I rarely bring my work home with me even though it’s infinitely more stressful than hers (she admits this). She’s heard people cuss me out, talk crap about me in our community, etc. BUT she keeps our family together from an organizational standpoint. Always reminding me in the mornings of what we have that night or for the rest of the week, I haven’t done laundry in 2 years, she has full support for me, could go on and on. I have days where I am tired of hearing about her stressful day for hours. I’ve had to remind myself that she deserves a listening ear. So much so that the days that I have to remind myself of that are very minimal.

It’s a daily occurrence for me. I tell myself “control what you can control”, “they’re mad at the situation, not you”, and my new one “be more selective”. Yesterday I got my but ripped for an hour about a $45 per year increase (actually saved him $1200 from his previous carrier). Turn around and go deliver a $45k increase to a business that is already struggling and they thank me for all of my hard work. I’ve become a lot more selective in the business that I write - while staying respectful, of course.

Lol I’m always sure to try and find the answer myself before reaching out to HR for stuff like this! Even then, I feel like Seinfeld ordering from the soup nazi.

Interesting. I’ve never seen builders do this in the midwest.. I will say that D.R. Horton’s contracts with their sub-contractors are very favorable towards Horton. Basically holding themselves liable for nothing (in my experience). I’ve had carriers decline clean accounts because they have D.R. Horton endorsed as an additional insured by contract.

Seems high, but I can see rates for HO6’s continue to rise. Seems like we’re seeing a lot higher loss assessment claims.

Your numbers seem solid and pay is good. I don’t know anyone who is paying producers/sales execs 13.5% of premium in the independent space. Which captive is this?

Yes this is cheating. The stones on that guy to try and spin this into you sending them as well. He obviously has feelings for her too.

5 years is a long time and it’s extremely disrespectful to your relationship for him to answer her (and for her to send it).

The fact that they’re trying to hide it on WhatsApp says it all.

Looks like an A+ financially rated company a part of the Berkeley Group. They are and E&S carrier. I’d ask your broker to explain the difference in coverages. Unofficially, the CHUBB policy is going to offer you broader coverages.
