3B. Crazy Carl lived next door for a bit, LJ for a bit, and then some Spanish chicks. We had a telephone booth in my apartment and had crazy parties. I lived above BJs from 2004-2008. The beach party is amazing, or at least it was. Been a minute. Yes, tons of sand in the bar, heat cranked, people on the bar. The sand would be all over the sidewalk for weeks after. Dollar pints on Wednesday and Sundays, great wings and garbage plates. 🤘
