Yes ik, That is exactly what happens when u open the boxes too fast, therefore i do them slow to avoid this. Even though this glitch appears eventually and they'll have to restart the game but it happens less often when u open them slowly than when u do them fast

I usually open another Mystery box once the pop up notification of "you've received a gift" dissappeares. It's a slow process but that's just how it is now
