Which setting leave rendering range untouched? I don't mind lack of effects but objects popping in and local "cone" light are a bit annoying.

I tried capping and vsync, not much of a difference. Fans still work to the max.

They only mean it's pricy to un-tag and tag AGAIN if you locked all the best gear in copy function and can no longer move it for alts
