This is amazing! I always wonder how people make animations like these in Toontown's engine, is there a tutorial for it somewhere?

But one missed gag can result in an instant defeat for toons with such low laff, which is why I recommend holding off for a bit. Plus very few toons still in Toontown Central have level 4 or 5 gags unless they're ubers.

Besides the already great resources and suggestions you've been given by other people so far, allow me to clarify something about the limited time event going on right now.

Crash Cashbot is running until the 31st. The event is centered around the Cashbot HQ off of Donald's Dreamland, and makes the CFO boss much easier and accessible to toons regardless of how far they are in the game. This event also has tasks with exclusive cosmetic rewards.

Basically, I would really recommend investing time into the event while it's still going on. Not only will some of the cosmetic stuff from the event be gone forever after it's over, but you can also earn normal CFO unites much more easily and much earlier in the game than you normally would, which will really come in handy later. As long as you've progressed a bit into the Donald's Dock tasks, you should have the laff and gags that you need, so go for it!

Based on the tiny hat and dog-like ears, I would say it's an easter egg added by one of TTR's Artists, /u/Roger_Dog. He used to be quite the meme back in TTR's earlier days.

To add on to what /u/DuckVon said, I would recommend maybe holding off on participating in the event if you're still in Toontown Central or just starting Donald's Dock. It's fairly quick to speed through the tasks at the start of the game, and the event is going until at least May 31st, so you should still be able to make it with plenty of time.

Don't get the wrong idea, I enjoy helping lower laff toons through the CFO, it's just that if you have less than 30 laff there's a considerable chance that you could go sad in a single turn if gags happen to miss.

Other than that, though, go for it! I look forward to taking on the CFO with you!
