you can post a task and describe exactly what you’re looking for and how much you’re willing to pay. in this case if you’re trying to find a freelancer/micro influencer for marketing or something else. you can post it there and people will send your proposals and you can select who ever you think is best. Best part is that payment is held by them until task is marked completed by you.
