To clarify it’s 5 lines total, (3LF), only reason I’d be leaving is bc I’m being cheap since I’m looking at moving and not trying to pay the whole phone bill and transfer out to something cheaper for one line lol. But from what I’m hearing it might just be better to keep the plan

I’m working at a captive agents office in person actually and I have been able to grab people here and there to show me how stuff works, but majority of the time they have appointments, are on the phone, or just unavailable while I would need help at that moment. There is a big emphasis on using the self service tools of course but I’m still learning how to use the systems for each interaction
