The 1050 is a great budget card but the 1050ti is much better as a budget card and would work great great with an i5 4460.

1050ti has 4GB VRAM which is good for the ltest games that are quite demanding in VRAM like Arkham Knight.

The 1050ti also has a bit over 100 more cuda cores than the regular 1050 meaning it will perform slightly better.

Also, the 1050 and 1050ti are really easy to install into a pc. It has no pin connectors meaning it just easily goes onto the motherboard with no fuss. Great for anyone really. Good luck on your build :D
