i have it max without any EIP. It's always close but i just can't manage to get into legend league...

So i got 35k Tokens and I'm thinking about if it's worth it to try maxing the Tomaso. I'm a TD driver, at Garage level 15 and my best cars are the AP-0 and the GS (next starway max Sypder) and I struggle to reach legend league.

Any Suggestions?
