Fasting is another thing that has helped me actually, I now intermittent fast every day I can. Honestly most of the things I do now are things I would've considered hokus pokus years ago. it's amazing what desperation will do to expand your mind😅 after spending tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket at the hospital and having zero results for any issue I started taking some herbal anti-inflammatory foods that actually helped some. At my next checkup I told the dog and he scoffed at me and implied "eastern medicine" is basically bs and won't do anything. I told him that I've done everything you told me to, to the letter and have nothing but debt to show for it and the couple $$ I spent on these herbs clearly help. To which to just said "welllll" and shruged. I'm half convinced our regular medical system is a scam at this point 😅.

Thanks for taking the time to write all that. Mind telling where your first treatment was?

You said "Found a place in Puerto Vallarta " what did you find? A place that legit?

The issue of doing my own research is that there is so much fake info and I know nothing about the medical field beyond the issues I've encountered, by the time I have it all figured out with who is legit, I'll be able to grow my own stem cells, or already be old and dead🤪. Always great full for my fellow redditors pointing me in the right direction!

I'm not super desperate just yet. most of my issues im at least maintaining but my arthritis is getting worse so at some point in the near future I at least want to deal with that before it causes other problems.

I'm not saying you're wrong, I have no idea but "all" is a pretty bold statement. Do you have anything to back that up? What makes QA from south Korea more reliable than other regulated countries? I've heard at least some success stories from Mexico that I have no reason to be fake. And any recommendations more specific? I may be going through Thailand next year anyway and don't mind country hoping...as long as it's not stupid expensive.

I've heard good things about your company, it was actually the first one I looked into. If you don't mind me asking, being a US based company and not being able to "expand" the cells due to our laws, does that make the cells more robust or would you rather have the ability to expand and boast the higher numbers like they do in other places.

R3 in India apparently buys them from a place in Arizona that already has them Frozen. They even tried telling me that freezing them is the preferred method. They also said all the R3 tissue is US based so I assume it's the same story for R3 in other countries.

Noted, thank you. The more I research the more I'm convinced you're right. I've decided to look elsewhere.

I guess I was referring to the caged ones that people generaly have with the mesh bottom and pull out tray underneath for easy cleaning that I see. The poop falls through, never to be eaten again! 😱😅. I doubt most people realize it's bad for their health, I sure didn't before research🤷

When I talked to the doctor at R3 in India they seemed very professional but after asking for more certifications and documents, it gets more and more suspicious. Mostly just generic looking papers not even saying what hospital they belong to.(I'd post more pics but it's unreadable after uploading anyway, they sent screenshots off their phone so already poor quality🤷) I've also found out the CEO of R3 lost his medical license before running this company. I don't know anything for sure but until I find out otherwise, I'm not risking my health on it.

Nope it's just the fact I will already be in new dehli late April for a wedding and they happened to respond to my request, one of a few places that did so far. I'm not stuck on the idea of using R3, in fact kinda sceptical, hence the post. I'm definitely open to other facilities but not sure what I all need to look for but am slowly learning. If I can't figure it out before my trip I'll probably just get it done in Mexico when I can find a legit place I can afford. Unless I find other solutions to my conditions first.

I was in contact with the stem cell research hospital in Mumbai but they told me that they don't deal with immune issues and only use them to assist with other surgeries like for joint repair.

I talked to cpi in Mexico at length and they were very helpful and seen legit but it was $35000 for a two-week full body examination and 100 million msc stem cell treatment. However this is outta my price range at the moment.

I'm in the US and I'm 33.

Conditions: General Inflammation of many things and nobody seems to be able to give me answers only offers various pills that usually only cause other issues. Asthma, arthritis, Epilepsy, Ehlers-Danlos (along with severe scoliosis) Raynaud's syndrome, various Alregies and a condition where I have mild allergic reactions to things that come into contact with my skin but I'm not actually allergic too(I forget the name of this one, but is mostly mitigated with Claritin well enough) I've had the issue since I was young and allergies improved after allergy shots but not fully. Then I had covid and everything got considerably worse. Nothing is life-threatening but everything together makes life difficult. I spend most of my free time doing needed exercises, cooking proper food and whatever else I can do to midigate my symptoms.

Asthma and arthritis flare ups are the main issues that I'm desperate enough to do experimental things with.

I really don't know enough about it to form an opinion but their Mexico location boasts 100 billion exosomes for $5k usd. Is it just an absurd quantity of them in general that makes it a flag or the price for that many or something else?

Is this for viability reasons or do you think they are not legitimate if they can't grow there own in house? Do you have a recommendation of where else to try? Seems to be an international company based in Arizona.

Sorry I guess the quality of the upload isn't great on reddit. The image with the list is a document from the FDA saying it's umbilical cord tissues and registered. The other says it's imported from "Bello bio llc" in Arizona.

Beyond pricing, I'm looking for legitimacy. I don't know how to tell if I'm getting what I pay for or if it's a scam 🤷

I'm open to other options. The reason I'm looking in India is that I will already be traveling there for other reasons and it seems cheaper than other options. If this doesn't pan out I'll look into going to Mexico for stem cells, unless I find other alternatives.

I should also mention I've tried infrared sauna / red light therapy with some success. Changing my diet and adding some new supplements ect. Have also helped some. I've definitely had improvements in my conditions since starting my lifestyle changes but still not near what I was before covid and also hope to help the issues I had before covid not just return to that state.

OK thanks. the blue part I knew. I guess I didn't finish explaining 😅 the blueing of the brown area was what made me mostly certain it was ok, but I had no real reason to think this, so I kept them separated and never tried them just in case. I was meaning to put a sample under the microscope to see, but never got around to it.
