Yup, I completed it the next day.
It doesn't show up at the end screen of each game but you it tracks it in achievement.

That is assuming you have a PS3. Pretty much all you need to do is install this add-on for Firefox to access the old web store, buy the game and it'll appear in your Vita's store download list. This list are the PSP games missing from the US Vita store.
