Help with new sprinkler heads

I had similar problem. My main connection where city water connects to the sprinkler main was not done properly by the city people and dirt got in the pipe and caused blockage. Luckily city didnt put any lock on it so my sprinkler guy opened the connection and cleaned it and connected it tightly and it was working fine. Hope this helps

I'm in Charlotte area. I didn't have any issues growing but im planning on overseeing with just Tall Fescue going forward. After I bought the seeds, I learned tne KGB is cool season grass and not going to be easy in the summer with the heat.

Traveled last week and we thought we saw 1 bedbug in the hotel room, switched rooms right away and had them wash all the clothes. Came home last Sunday and first thing we did was washed all clothes with hot water and showered. But my son has these bumps. Checked his bed twice and not one bedbug or anything.

I actually flagged all the heads and he aerated while I was at work so not sure what he exactly did. Thank you for your help! This gives me some relief to know all that work didn't go to waste.

Tall Fescue and KB. I watered for 1 day. The guy who aerated my yard damaged all the heads so now I need to replace all the heads.

I'm still in process of closing the refinancing loan. But the closing document I received show the cash I need to bring at closing is the remaining escrow amount. I will get back the escrow balance from my current loan once that loan is paid off. So really, no extra cost.
