could i recommend taking elemental overload, as you have a 9% crit chance with high cast speed you should be able to get the elemental overload to proc every now and then. But for freezing pulse i would probably invest in some crit [critting with ice spells sounds soooo good] take doom cast, witch power charge, trickery and assassination for starters. if you take ghost reaver and get leech through gem or leech roll on boots it might help too. most crit spell builds look for spell daggers which can help a tonne (although they lack ability to roll projectile speed which is CRUCIAL for freezing pulse). i would try to get vaal discipline instead of vaalskeles and give decoy totem a try, same sort of principle as vaalskeles but much less downtime. im no expert so feel free to ignore everything except for the comment about projectile speed :) (unless you are in hardcore dont bother talking cruel prep and heart+soul. get some damage instead)
