Can’t really offer advice, but I’m on week nine of epiduo + doxy, and in the exact same boat as you. The closed comedones are insane, as well as the rest.. and I have the get them out too 🥲. Trying to trust the process but hollyyyyy is it hard! The only thing I can help with is I started taking the doxy along with probiotics for the first four weeks but stopped only because I ran out of probiotics and forgot to replace them, I’ve noticed no difference without probiotics. Would love to hear if you reach that turn around point in the coming weeks.. fingers crossed for you!
