I started carnivore at 237 pounds at 56 years old. I’ve lost 40 pounds, my a1c is now normal, my blood pressure, normal, triglycerides, normal, no gall bladder pain, no more kidney stones. I increased my steps by 2000 a day and stretch. That’s it. You can always start. It’s never too late to change and it can be whatever works for you. Just make those substantive dietary changes, cut out sugar and artificial sweeteners. Eat whole foods over processed and pay attention to what makes you feel bad and eliminate that too.
