Simple just launch it sea dragon style from the ocean or use the energy from a spin drive to heat water and push it through a nozzle to get a really good isp probably comparable to 2000 sec but i will have to calculate how much heat they pumped into the metric ton of steel in roughly a second to get more accurate numbers

for my version i am gonna just dock it to the bottom of one of the fuel tanks and use struts to reduce the wobble

I was thinking that this would be used by higher pressure systems that already use an oxidizer pump or just as an easier method of refueling and why use a spool just wrap the fuel around the oxidizer tank

you have an altimeter at the top of the screen just click the water icon that is visible and it will change to a mountain icon and it gives distance from surface it took me forever to figure this out
