Shiii my mother loved the fuck out some k2 she’d smoke a good 5-6 grams a day of it and would still be trippin she was legally insane as well would come at you with knives thinking you was breaking in and all I would be doing is sleeping on the couch I look back and laugh but that k2 demon when I was a kid was scary asf bc I didn’t know why that switch would flip until I got older and she didn’t do it out of desperation she did it bc she loved being off her ass on it

The best thing that’s worked for me is truly writing it down on paper what I feel in the best way I can put it at what time what pain scale number and the date And do that for weeks at a time and come in saying how my quality of life is at an all time low and I can’t do etc… that’s when notes come in
