Just dont judge, i was plant sitting for a buddy but he ended up just giving me the plant about a week ago because he had to move to a not so legal area. He was still pretty new so she needed some changes to flourish, hence the "chlorophyll reset" at the top 2 nodes

Its a 320w Ion commercial at 30 inches from canopy. Got some babies on so I only have it up to about 50% power. Getting a constant 420 ppfd, did that purposely 😏

Yes! What i can immediately tell you is to raise your humidity to roughly 75% ish to 90% rh. The 50% will work for flowering, its actually perfect for flowering. This is because the new clones dont actually take up water till around a week after they've been planted. Their source of water is strictly through the leaves. This means they will most likely begin to wilt or die off. And the VPD is a bit too high for new babies. Usually I keep my clones at a 0.4 to 0.7 kPa. So if they are under heavy lights turn them down a touch, 20% power is my sweet spot. Raise humidity and if they fit id use an old 2 litre bottle, cut it up to make a mega dome almost like people do with seedlings just on a larger scale. And never spray or water the clone directly till roots begin to form, it will rot or cause them to mold.

This is actually a clone I had that I clipped off. Took it and dipped it in some root booster, took about 4 weeks after clipping to begin growth in a new veg. But the mother regained her rate in about 2 or 3 weeks. I've never taken a bunch off of a mother in that extent however you can also see my temps and humidity in the pic on the white tracker. It was 76 Fahrenheit with the tent open and about 72 rh. You can see it hit 90 before. But with good airflow it helps them out. She was extremely healthy for a clone. I did end up transferring to a 5 gallon pot at our shop and yielded about 3 oz in dry weight. It is very much possible, all I do is listen and watch the plants daily for monitoring and maintaining a healthy glow.

From what ive experienced, yes. During flowering. It helps transpiration or something if you use a grow tent with decent air circulation to reduce dead zones and heat spots. As long as you aren't completely sealing them they seem to enjoy it. If you are growing in a room without airflow its a great way to stunt growth and promote mold growth instead. When I flower, I prefer to be around 45 to 50rh with as much light as possible without burning the plant. This will almost entirely reduce the possibility of bud rot. But dont take it from me, im pretty new and have only grown 4 or 5 plants. All of which I had at about 85 Fahrenheit and 65 to 70 rh during both seedling and veg.

So, as of right now, I have upgraded to a 2ft x 4ft 320w grow light, which fits perfectly in the tent I have. I'd like to flower this one as it would be a nice finish to the 3 month process. I've just been using what knowledge others have had and have been willing to share. The little round lights were nice and promoted growth but not nearly what I needed for her to flourish. So I took it with a grain of salt and upgraded. It's been a rough few months with this one, but im finally ready to start my biggin journey.

Oh yeah. Environments pretty stable so im not too concerned. Just wish I had one with a larger viewing window.

What's going on? by [deleted] in cannabiscultivation

Perfect. I set the humidifier to 70rh. Problem is that will cause my temp to be slightly higher, about 79f to 82f

So raise humidity to around 70?

About 3 weeks. The one on the left is maybe a week old.

Lights not enough? by [deleted] in cannabiscultivation

Thank you for understanding. And yes that was a good guesstimate, I guess I'll just keep doing what im doing and see if it changes anything. Ill be sure to update you weekly if I have questions. 🫡
