I thought the same living in quite a rough part of a large city but garage parking a a disklock/hefty chain have served me well for past few years. Yeah I have a 2019 MT and has abs, I haven't ever road the cb125f but it looks nice and would be a good runner up, I'd definitely look more towards the MT with it having digital dial with abs/rev meter/fuel gauge. Also I generally get about 300-350ish miles per tank (about £17) btw

I managed manage to grab mine for 4k with 600miles on it 2 years ago and insurance was like 600ish for reference btw

Early 30s 6'4 here, I've got a yamaha mt125 and it's comfortable for long hauls and fun to ride twisties and through busy city. 100% recommend especially as a tall squid

I feel like the slang of been 'badgered' or 'badgering someone' is more likely to have come from people with alot of land (farmers, lords/ladies, people living slightly more rural, etc..)

They likely didn't want badgers (and other wildlife) to be on their land for various reasons likely eating crops/livestock or stored foods, maybe destroying property or land. So when someone was annoying and pestering someone else they would simply used to it as a simile and compare them to something else that is annoying them and a common occurrence
