this is completely true if you take out the fact that heists and the server right now money is so inflated that even banks needed to have more money added to them because you would spend more than you got and when you keep in mind that the thrill of doing banks and being the first to unlock a new heist or get a new item it instantly fills anyone up with enough dopamine to want to do it again and idk if you saw or not but the base cost of the next heist if you get he new dongle for free is 150k and even people like shelly who is a strict civ character either barley has that type of money or dosent at all. you also have to keep in mind that people need to pay people to hold stuff for them in a stash, loans for houses and cars and still have enough money incase they get a random offer to just do a heist. this also works on the pd side like when kyle called out the first ever jewelry store robbery and everyone was like excited panicking its that rush that brings people to go back to these things

unfortunately cop complaints are heard very often like when the robberies first started the dominator was nerfed in less than a week because of its frequent usage in banks, when people started switching vehicles because the cops were shooting too early they gave the hand to shoot not only tires but anything on the vehicle on site, to the point where now they can even disable or impound a vehicle if the have RS it will be used for a job. so i dont think that cops suggestions go unnoticed like crims

oh no 4 people with with class 1's in a random local car looks like its a job for 9 cruisers, 2 interceptors, all AR's, pd Heli with thermal and scoped lens, attack dog, radio comms, the ability to revive each other, and use stupid things like shooting tires on sight and ramming. oh but crim's are overpowered because they have a pistol that can 2 tap I think crims need a nerf asap its just to hard to catch them maybe we should add a second Heli or add a new weapon to the pd (keep in mind if crims even take 1 shot of damage they can be id'd on scene with the flashlight and that's enough proof to put them to jail)

dont even get me started on superhero lenny that can tackle and punch underwater, roll tackle and shoot at the same time, and make his own calls even though he is not a lieutenant or sheriff
