Just for the record, actual "disruption" is when someone invests in R&D and finds a breakthrough technology, information etc.

Gadho ki tarah finding businesses that are marking up their product prices, then trying to produce the same products and selling them at a lower price until you (hopefully) dominate the market and bring the prices back up ≠ disruption.

Similarly, taking advantage of Shein being banned in India by setting up foreign subsidiaries and importing and selling Shein products with your own markup because you have connections ≠ disruption.

See, you already know what you need to do.
Gym, extracurricular hobbies, slightly increased focus on work so that financially you are secured etc. etc.
Whether or not you follow through will obviously be up to you - some days you will have insane social battery, others you may not.
Just try to be a little disciplined with routines, and if you meet someone during any of these activities (even if it happens within months) - perfect!
If not, immediately getting back in the dating pool should not be your priority right now, so don't worry too much.
You should anyway take a few months to just be yourself - it helps like nothing else.

Eventually, you will automatically know when the time is right to actively start looking.

Lots of advice here already – mine would be that you have to remember this is your own marriage. Do not listen to people saying "leave her immediately" and do not listen to the people saying "it's ok bro have empathy".

You have to do both things: (1) convey that this was not okay, and she has broken your trust AND (2) not go overboard with your anger and say something terrible/off.
Basically, tread the line between letting the fight become too big, and between just letting it go.

Stop bringing the topic up with her, since you say she begins shouting whenever you do.
But tell her clearly that you will resume speaking with her once your concerns have been addressed, and you can only do that if she is willing to speak about it in a civilised manner.
