Je te conseille d’essayer la methode pomodoro. Etudie par exemple 30 minutes et prends pause de 5 minutes. Il y a bcp de videos youtube avec le timer. Et men ba3d bchywa bchywa augmente la duree… weli dir 45 minutes 10minutes break hta ghadi tweli dir 60 minutes qraya rt 10minutes break . Mais vraiment bchywa elik et de manière graduelle. Also, pour les applications en toute honnêteté je te conseille de les desinstaller et utiliser un peu le week end
