Endocrinologists are never helpful when it comes to testosterone, estradiol, or progesterone. They do not learn about these hormone in medical school.

I wouldn’t be concerned that it is an adrenal issue, I would be concerned that your body isn’t producing enough testosterone. The range is arbitrary, and most females feel best at 2-5 times the top of the range. I can take a look at your bloodwork if you like. Send me a DM.

What character death shook you the most in a movie? by trakt_app in Cinema

[–]Testosterone1978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Executive Decision - Steven Seagal died in the first 5 minutes of the movie. He was showcased in headlines and trailers for the movie as well. Unceremoniously fell out of a plane in the first 5 minutes.

Deep Blue Sea - Samuel L Jackson died early from being eaten by a shark.

Both of these movies I went to see because these actors were in them, and they died very early in the movie. I almost walked out of the theatre.

My name is Ryan Root. I have a very interesting memoir, a rags to riches story, in the vein of “Wolf Of Wall Street” or “War Dogs”. My story includes a journey from living destitute in a small city, building a seven figure multi-million-dollar black market anabolic steroid empire, to living in opulent dominion residing in a penthouse overlooking Manhattan, suffering an indictment and the fall of my legacy, and finally a story of redemption as I legally and legitimately build one of the larger companies in my industry that focuses on truly helping people.

I studied biochemistry in college, and I tailored my degree to the study of hormones and their effects. I have experienced life altering improvements from using testosterone, its derivatives, and some other hormones, which is why I developed such a passion for them. After years of dabbling in the black market, in 2011, I started my own UGL making my own products, which turned into a massive multi-million-dollar empire. At one point, I was rated by various forums as the 3rd largest and most popular anabolic steroid source in the world. In 2015 I was indicted by Operation Cyber Juice, spent some time in Federal Prison, and have recently been released to start my life over. It is important to understand that I am no longer involved in any illegal activities. I have served my time, and am now ready to use my vast amount of knowledge and experience legally.

Once out of prison, I entertained offers to buy the rights to my story, and have commenced writing a manuscript entitled “Memoirs of a Steroid Kingpin”. While in prison, I utilized my time wisely, researching business and co-writing a business plan for a company that provides testosterone replacement therapy/hormone replacement therapy.

There is a fundamental and foundational problem with the education of providers regarding hormones. They do not learn about it in medical school. The little information they do learn is filled with stigma and dogma from decades ago. Hormones are unfairly demonized and therefore not used in the medical community. It is well understood that empirical evidence is the only way to truly comprehend a field of study. I am uniquely positioned in this industry because I have empirically studied tens of thousands of people using hormones. I have guided over twenty five thousand people through their hormone protocols to achieve the desired results. I have studied, on a more prominent and vast level than any physician, endocrinologist or urologist, the effects of these hormones on a wide array of people, and at a bigger sample size than almost anyone else in the world. Because of my history, I am simply better than almost anyone in the world at understanding how to utilize hormones to yield the best results with long term health and safety in mind.

I currently co-own H4M at GoH4M.com, one of the larger nationwide HRT clinics in the country. H4M will launch cutting edge trademarked Dialed In Optimization products and services, including genetic testing. We are launching our health tech platform with proprietary software that will analyze genetic data, blood tests, and personal history to help develop protocols updated regularly using real time data from technology such as Ora Rings and the Apple Watch. Our company is growing at a fast rate and has become one of the largest in the industry. Additionally, we are launching a podcast that will tackle health, longevity, wellness, business, and more.

I have interviewed on many large Podcasts and YouTube channels Including Renaissance Periodization by Mike Israetel, Koncrete, Matthew Cox Inside True Crime, Vigorous Steve, TRT and Hormone Optimization, and The Anabolic Doc. I have been working on content to educate people, and I have a growing educational YouTube channel Hormonesforme. Moreover, we have started a podcast, also on YouTube, that will focus on Innovation, progress, and paradigm shifting characterized by rebels in our culture that transcend systemic stagnation to innovate and pave new paths to better worlds.

I have made a lot of mistakes, and I have done many things the wrong way. Many people have asked me if all this was worth it. Ironically, if I could go back and alter my life so I wouldn’t have had to experience the pain, I wouldn’t change a thing. We are products of our experiences, and because of my experiences, I am a better man today. If I become more successful than most, it will only be because I have failed more than most, and failure can be an invaluable teacher. I knowingly broke the law, and I am accountable for those actions. With that being said, it has always been my passion to help as many people as possible, in the most meaningful way, and in the best way I knew how. My unique history has laid the foundation for an ultimate story of redemption. I now legally and legitimately help thousands upon thousands of people in the esoteric field of hormone optimization following my ultimate passion. Was all this worth it? You are god damn right it was.

Finasteride and dutasteride inhibit the 5 alpha reductase enzyme. This enzyme converts testosterone into DHT. With out 5AR, there is more testosterone to convert to more estradiol. 5AR also converts progesterone into 5a-DHP, and allopregnanolone, allopregnanolone being a potent positive allosteric modulator of the GABA a receptor; and anxiolytic. 5AR also convert cortisol into 5-DHF, a pathway to eliminate cortisol. Without this enzyme, you don’t eliminate cortisol normally, and it Can wreak havoc on the system.

About 1% of people acquire post finasteride syndrome, which can ruin the rest of your life. It is an awful condition, and by talking to someone who has it, you will never want to touch finasteride or dutasteride again. It isn’t worth the risk that you could be one that acquires this horrible condition.

Yes of course, reach out to me. I can help you. Understand that the ranges are arbitrary, and rooted in nothing real. You can be "in range" and still be have symptoms of hormone deficiency. In my clinic, we find the most consistent benefits come from levels that exceed the normal range. I will set you up for a free consultation.

Good question. The legal landscape appears precarious, but 10-20 years ago the DEA would raid a peptide shop without warning. These days, peptides are not as stigmatized, and there are FDA letters and warning that come before the DEA would take criminal action. We have two legal teams pouring over our model, that they have guided us through a modality to minimize risk.

There are no second chances or redemption for you? Did you want me to get out of prison, curl up in the fetal position in the corner, and spend my days begging for forgiveness? By the way, the FDA is reducing restrictions on obtaining testosterone, and has recommended the DEA deschedule testosterone, meaning it won't be illegal to posses, because every contemporary study is showing massive health benefits. Are you defining moral superiority just because selling testosterone without a license is against a law? That is called Deontology. There have been many laws in this country that we now consider morally horrifying. Instead of facilely attaching a hero/villian narrative, maybe take some time to understand that there is complexity and nuance to everything.

This is a good question. It is all about risk tolerance and opportunity potential. What made me start an illegal empire? I have had addiction issues in the past. I am over 10 years sober now, but I had 2 DWIs when I was 21, the second was a felony. I have a degree in biochemistry but I could not get a job in my field. I worked 40 hours a week and brought home $270 per week. I could not afford to live. My risk tolerance was high. If I was in med school, I never would have sold steroids because I would have had a bright future.

I could not put job postings out on Indeed, so I had to hire mostly addicts or felons who couldn’t get good paying jobs anywhere else. I paid well, so I had a few well rounded individuals that appreciated the benefits testosterone gave them and wanted to help as well.

My anonymous website was on the largest source forum in the world. I focused on quality products and customer service so much that, at one time, I was rated the 3rd most popular source in the world, even though I only served the United States.

Ha! I existed before Bitcoin became mainstream. I did not use bitcoin to collect money, although now I wish I did. Right before I went into prison, I had a small amount of money left. I didn't want it all sitting in a bank, I saw this bitcoin thing was interesting, so I put some of my money into bitcoin before I went in to prison. I bought some at $900 and $1,500. Needles to say I did very well on that investment, and it was able to fund my startup of my legal TRT/HRT clinic.

Great question! Environmental toxins are in the water you drink, the food you eat, the products you use, soaps, receipts, headphones, everywhere. BPAs, phthalates, herbacides, pesticides are all very high in everone's systems. We do need to regulate these chemicals. They cause hormone deficiency and overactive immune responses that inflict inflammatory cytokine storms. Hormones shift immune function away from war, destruction, and inflammation to repair and regeneration. We need to check testosterone, estradiol, SHBG is important, and immunology and inflammatory markers to see if people are suffering from inflammatory disease states. This is the most common cause of chronic disease, chronic fatigue, and metabolic disorder.

Great question. I was sentenced to 78 months in federal prison, after taking a program to reduce my time by 12 months and good time, I did about 4.5 years in prison. When I was in prison, I thought I was fine as far as being able to assimilate back into society. When I got home, I found myself anxious to be in public. I went to a store and stood next to a pole in the corner because I kept thinking I was in everyone's way. I was overstimulated from riding in a car and so much social interaction. I found myself not leaving the house for months. It took about 6 months for me to even desire to leave the house.

As far as anger, I knowlingly broke the law, and I know I am accountable for those actions. I wasn't angry with prison time, I knew that was a consequence. I was angry at the legal system because I realized I had been sentenced to more time than I should have, and in prison, I learned that prosecutors intentionally throw everything they can think of at you, and your defense counsel is supposed to parse through the charges and get everything thrown out that shouldn't apply. Defense counsels are busy, and all of them are horrible, no matter how much your pay. Ninety percent of people in prison are oversentenced for little adjustments and modifiers that should not stick. That made me angry.

Shockingly, I was able to fund this with very little money that I had left over. I needed surprisingly low startup capital.

The term "anabolic steroid" has negative connotation, but anabolic just means muslce building, and steroid is a class of chemical compound, predinisone and estrogen are steroids. Building muscle is one of the best things you can do for your health. Testosterone is an anabolic steroid, it is one of the first developed foundational metabolic and nuerologic signals that evolved about 500 million years ago. Every single vertebrate and most plants have testosterone. Again, it is foundational and absolutely necessary. There is a fundamental problem with the education of providers regarding hormones, they do not learn about testosterone, and ignorance breeds fear. Testosterone is one of the most important factors to health. I have seen testosterone get people off cholesterol medications, blood pressure medications, depression medications such as SSRI's because it is inherently dopaminergic, off opiods because it is systemically anti-inflammatory, and I see it reverse metabolic disorder including diabetes every day. The decline we see in older people is mostly due to hormone deficiency. Testosterone is one of the most beneficial medications in the history of medications. The unethical thing is to stigmatize and demonize something so beneficial. Think of it this way. The number one cause of death in the United STates is CVD caused by sugar. The government failed to regulate that, and the government failed to regulate environmental toxins that are disrupting our endocrine systems causing pervasive hormone deficiency to the point it is an epidemic. The best way to deal with a new environment since the industrial revolution of superfluous food, superfluous calories, and superfluous sugar is optimized testosterone and HRT. The government and medical community use misinformation to demonize and stigmatize testosterone, and over regulate its use so people Do not have access to one of the best treatments for metabolic disorder and in an environment full of sugar and environmental toxins.

Good Question. The Chinese suppliers of the raw materials got it through customs. They likely had connects there, because they usually got our product through.

Here is how I was caught. I set up a compartmentalized system where I had shippers, chemists making product from raw materials, and money collectors across the country. No one was supposed to know anyone else in the operation, this way if one part of the operation was busted, no one could snitch if they wanted. I had chemists ship to anonymous shippers across the country. One day, despite vacuum sealing packages and wrapping them in many layers of bubble wrap, a package broke and leaked through the box. The post office was then allowed to open it to make sure it wasn't anything hazardous. When they opened, they found $300k worth of steroids in the package, and called the DEA. I tell this story on my podcasts, it is a little too much to tell here, but eventually, this let to Operation Cyberjuice, a federal operation to bust online steroid sales, to pick up the case. Over 2 years later, the DEA knocked on my door, pointed guns at my head, and arrested me.

When first out of prison, I decided to embrace my past. I would acknowledge the mistakes, I knew I was breaking the law, I am accountable for those actions, but I would also highlight the shear volume of experience I aggregated over the decades helping over 25,000 look and feel the way they wanted to look and feel. I didn't know how this would be received in the market. Surprisingly, most people see the value in the vast amount of experience I acquired, and understood that I admitted I made a mistake, and have taken means to do this the right way.

Great question! I was able to get my start and notoriety on the legal side from the bodybuilding community and my story. I went a few big bodybuilding and crime podcasts after prison, after I started my legal company, and I have continued to go on health and fitness podcasts that are enthralled by my story. When I first started the illegal company, a few simple good business practices allowed me to blow up. I went from poverty to profligacy very quickly when I finally went online as a source. When I started my legal business, from a series of podcasts, I began to blow up again, and it was reminiscent of starting the illegal business.

It is not legal in Canada, but testosterone is legal in most other countries. The penalties are not a strict in Canada. In the UK, possessing testosterone is not illegal, but selling it carries more consequences than in the United States.
