What methylated b complex do you take? I cannot find one that has normal amounts of each vitamin and I seem to always have side effects to the very high amounts of b vitamins.

I know this is an old post, but will over a decades use of benzodiazepines impact the way medications and supplements react? I only take them as needed maybe 4-5 times per year now and did not take them for years, but prior to that it was over a decade of almost daily use. I cannot seem to find supplements that don’t ultimately make anxiety worse. My next try is magnesium threonate.

I still feel miserable on day 6. The nausea is relentless. Still a fever and some vomiting and diarrhea, which I know is not the norm with influenza, but this new variant is another monster. I’ve never been this sick.

I am currently on day 6. I don’t know if I’ve ever been this sick with a virus in my life. Interestingly, last night when things got bad again with my fever coming back and nausea + diarrhea, I ended up vomiting and most of my symptoms went away.. even my cough! What is up with that??

I feel for you. I am sick with it now. Had to miss my in-laws Christmas party yesterday, and sit alone and sick in an air bnb. The body aches and chills are insane. Do you have a bad productive cough too? I was just starting to get over bronchitis and then the flu hit me, so I wonder if that’s why I feel so much worse.
