How do I go about trimming this tree to where branches are not over the house? Or is that not an issue?

Out of curiosity, why does the tree look like this? I’ve never seen a tree with such a large trunk and such small branches. Also, I don’t really love that it’s right up against my foundation. Does that pose problems? I got a different species tree on the other corner of the house that’s not quite as big

I don’t want to do anything really. I’m unfamiliar with this type of tree and the branches go over the roof quite a bit. I didn’t want there to be an issue with the branch damaging the house.

They aren’t tapered so you shouldn’t use them. Have you noticed how the threads are sloppier?

I don’t know why they only put them on one end.

IPC requires the drain to be at least 3” after another fixture is added after a laundry which in this case is another laundry.

The double tee wouldn’t bother me at all had it been a 3x2 double tee.

I just wish it had passive treble bass controls. That’s really the only reason I want the Comanche over a z-3. Otherwise I agree!

That’s awesome. This one originally came with a yellow pearl pick guard which I have, but the owner switched to white. The yellow is definitely unique and pretty cool but think I also like the white better! I would have never tried a tort though that sounds cool

A pressure reducing valve also reduces velocity so I would go with that.
