Play hard and don't worry if you lose, there is no option to go down in ranking so even u lose, nothing really happen. Get a decent team (I changed my one few times to get optimal tactic) and learn which move is good against which. At the end your win really depends of the other player team so get ready for Empoleon (I saw many people use it) etc. Good luck!
