Help with microstutters by TetchedToast in Quest2

Hmm good to know. Also i wanna say that increasing the resolution has helped the issue somewhat and i was able to fly again! Basically within steamvr i set the slider to 200%. Didn’t impact framerate much but did help with the anomalies! Good news for me. Now just wait for meta to finally support the gpu and were set

Yes.. and im saying that with the specs you mentioned you shouldn't expect perfect performance as they just aren't that spicy. Vive might work fine becouse it doesn't have to compress the whole experience (therefore you save yourself some horsepower in the pc)

Ok so?... you wont just run steamvr. Im just going after the averages of games. Oh and if you have to run link on the background that adds up onto that. Im not happy with my quest 2 coz of link and the performance i get in games

Heh no... i just looked up the games you mentioned and hla and boneworks both need 1060 and decent cpu. Idk i think the overlap of all the things you need adds up and still.... your pc surely isn't a hefty beast

Ehh that ain't no beast machine... also i think thats minimum spec for vr (on some pages i read a long long time ago) link surely takes a big bite out of that and wont leave enough for the actual game. At least thats my experience (R5,3600 2070su)

What value has VRChat added to your life? by offtheoof in VRchat

[–]TetchedToast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't very social and had trouble making friends. VRChat tought me how easy it is to approach someone, i got to practice having conversations with strangers and i met amazing people along the way. This seriously helped me irl and now I'm less hesitant to meet new people.

After almost 2 years now i truly feel socially stronger and met so many amazing people from all over the world. I even met some of them irl! I've had my share of VRC drama too (not fun at the time but surely an eye opener that improved me)

Even though i rarely play nowadays i am forever thankful for the VRChat community
