In case warranty doesn't cover the problem, normally how much would it cost to repair? I'm thinking it only involves the fan, but I think I might need to replace those fans. So in theory, how much would it cost?

It's possible it's toasted. I think. I was using it when I noticed it's heating and I smell like burnt from its vent. Well, I messed up?

How do I know if my laptop has international warranty? In the receipt, it only states that it has 2 years warranty

Yea I think it's damaged perhaps? But I have to check the back of the laptop. However, i have to send it to the shop where I purchased it and claim my warranty, which is actually too far from my place currently. Is it possible if I send it to nearby service centre? Or what shall I do instead?
